Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
What credit cards do you support for points optimization?
We support all major travel credit cards including Chase Sapphire Reserve/Preferred, Amex Platinum/Gold, Capital One Venture X, Citi Premier, and more. We track transfer ratios, portal values, and annual credits for 10+ cards.
What are museum membership networks like ASTC and ACM?
ASTC (Association of Science and Technology Centers), ACM (Association of Children’s Museums), and ROAM are reciprocal membership networks. A single membership can get you free or discounted admission at hundreds of museums nationwide. Points Pro automatically identifies which museums on your route accept your memberships.
Is my family and credit card data secure?
Absolutely. We never store full card numbers. We only track which cards you have and their points balances to optimize recommendations. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and we never share your information with third parties.
